Some people do just have differing libidos. My bf has much less of one than I do, mostly due to sexual problems in his past (had to get surgery for a BAD skin bridge that made it painful) but we work on it, and things have consistently gotten better.
If every other aspect of the relationship is good, that's not necessarily a deal breaker. And at 3 times a week you definitely have us beat. :P
