Is it normal to feel pain like...

My mother has rumatoid arthritus ( dont know how to spell that) and Ive always had joint pains. Whenever I run my knees and ankles ache and throb badly. Every once in a while my fingers hurt too. Ive had blood work done before but the doctors said everything was working correctly. Im just wondering if its possible if i DO have RA and if its possible, should i get testing other then blood work done? Like x-rays? Another thing I thought I had was osteoperosis (again, spelling) but I really dont know how to tell doctors what im feeling. Ive had this pain since 4 years ago and im 14 now.

Or you might just be a teenaged female looking for reasons to be more angsty. Relax, pop in Twilight, veg out and all your baseless fears will drift away into Edwards dreamy eyes.

If your knees hurt when you run then you might be flat footed, you might want to cheak that out

You might just have weak knees/ankles. Or it could be the muscles in those areas. If running is painful, try cycling or swimming or something else.

  • Omg I have the same problem. Just started recently. I am a distance runner and it's hard on my knees. Sometimes even when I'm just sitting down my knees hurt.! But idk.. Lol
