Is it normal to feel pain after a dream?

One night I was dreaming I was in a shop with my friend and suddenly she flew at me or something like that, then I felt like I was punched in the jaw and my head actually went backwards because I woke up. I got so scared and now I'm to frightened to sleep. Is it normal?

It's far more likely that the pain caused the dream than the other way round: probably you had a pain in your jaw for some reason, maybe an uncomfortable sleeping position and your sleeping mind made up a dream to explain it.

I woke up to hear a mans voice whisper yelling in my ear I got really spooked but nothing was there like literally nothing at all, it was 3 am and I couldn’t fall back asleep but it hasn’t happened again, when I was younger I had a really hard time with sleep paralysis demons or whatever you call them I saw them all the time

Ive had that happen to me too. Ill be asleep and ill wake up by someone tapping me on the shoulder and no ones there. What helps me is having the tv on for some reason.
