Yes, it is normal. I started having such thoughts a little later than you, at 24, but they don't seem to bother me anymore. It is an in-between phase that we all go through, where we aren't kids anymore, but we don't feel like full grown adults either.
Try not to forget though, that you can still do things you enjoy and make sure that you hang out with people that won't make you feel old (because you aren't in any way). And that doesn't have with physical age, but mentality and personality.

It wasn't until I reached my 20s that I have been starting to feel mentally and emotionally out of sorts.
