Is it normal to feel ok?
I am wondering if it is strange that I feel mostly ok. I do not have any real problems, have an appropriate response to anger and am selective of the people I allow into my life. I do complain at times and have curbed that behaviour but overall feel really good about myself. I look around though and wonder why so many people feel bad, judge others or generally create negative drama. Am I in the minority? Is not having loads of problems abnormal?
