Depersonalization is feeling you are not real.
Derealizaion is feeling everything else is not real.
Both are dissociative symptoms.
Dissociation is a more vague term describing these symptoms as well as other ones such as blackouts, amnesia, fugue, and other similar traits.
Is it normal to feel not human like this?

Thanks! I used to always just use the term dissociation but it's really good to have more specific terms.

"Depersonalization disorder" includes both, which makes it more confusing.
