Sounds like depersonalization. I get this often but not as bad as you are describing. I'm never out of body and always see through my eyes. It can be a symptom of a number of things. Schizophrenia often causes these symptoms but if these are the only symptoms it is unlikely to be schizophrenia and more likely a dissociative disorder.
Depersonalization is feeling you are not real.
Derealizaion is feeling everything else is not real.
Both are dissociative symptoms.
Dissociation is a more vague term describing these symptoms as well as other ones such as blackouts, amnesia, fugue, and other similar traits.
Is it normal to feel not human like this?

"Depersonalization disorder" includes both, which makes it more confusing.
