Anxiety is entirely normal, unless it becomes so powerful that it affects your behaviour (i.e. giving up the job or phoning in sick when you're not really sick).
I think the way of approaching it would by reinforcing the positives. Every day you turn up for work you learn something new and become better at your job. So just the act of going to work is resolving your fears. I know it seems strange that the thing you are anxious about it also the thing which will help relieve the anxiety, but sometime life's like that!
Is it normal to feel nervous everytime you have to go to work?
