Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eat a small snack a little beforehand. Make sure you're not running during the hottest time of the day. If you're new to running you probably just have to get used to it. I would say if it continues even after you're running for a while to see a dr because you could also have a medical problem.
Did you eat right before you started? Maybe you should try doing it different ways? You can try not eating before hand or just having a small apple before you start. Were you sprinting? Hang in there. It should pass eventually.
