Is it normal to feel likes someone is watching you when you sleep?

Every night I see a some sort of shadow outside my window but when I look it's gone. Now I'm paranoid about someone watching me and I get this feeling like someone is.

Is It Normal?

    When I was 16 years old I had a sense that someone was looking at me from eternity and infinity. Now I am so alone and sorry.

    If you actually "believe" someone is watching you, then you have a problem. However, having a "feeling" as if someone is watching you isn't odd at all, just a human tendency. Common sense should tell you there is a tiny chance that someone is actually watching you, and the fact that when you look out your window, you see nothing, should prove that to you.
