Is it normal to feel like you're yelling when high?

    I get like this when I drink, I get all excited, and I like to yell & party.
    When I get high, though, I just get mellow & basically pass out. In fact, I'm not sure I've met anybody who got loud after getting high, I'm going with "not normal"
