Is it normal to feel like you're not smart enough to date someone?

I think im too smart to date someone.

Of course it is normal. It is part of being human. Be comfortable with who you are and you will be comfortable with anyone. It's a matter of how you view yourself, that will change your perception on others.

I've been there. After dating them now I'm dating someone not as smart as my ex, and they piss me off sometimes. I feel like after I've dated them I became more sensitive to spelling errors and an effort to spell. I suggest you find someone you're comfortable with. I've felt dumb with my ex. Not to mention I picked up their disgusting views.

Is this one particular guy or in general?
