    He said that he was talking to another girl probably because he was jealous, is a normal feeling on humans (not saying that is good). Dont blame him for saying that, he probably likes you.

    (im basing on what i been reading).

      Then why would he say it's okay if I continue seeing the other guy? And leaving right after sex? Saying that we both are using each other?
