Is it normal to feel like you are being watched?

No matter if I am out doing whatever , at home cooking or whatever , I always feel like someone is watching me . I happens more when I am alone in the house and sometimes i hear music like from a victorolla.I guess that is how you spell it .. but anyway , I never hear the music when anyone else is up I go from one end of the trailor to the other listening and even walk out on both porches and no matter where I go the music fades as if it were in every room and out in the mountain ... same sound though.I feel like there are two or three people that stand over me everytime I close my eyes and then step back when I open them . I know I am not that importaint today so , is this normal or should I go get checked out ?

    Go talk about it with a professional if you can afford it. Sounds like a mental illness and there are pills and other sort of help that can be helpful.

    I think the same. Not the glovernment. Dont know what it is. Just ignore it. And everyone is alot more important than they may think.

    now everyone is going to tell you that you are paranoid including me until one day you find a camera in your air conditioning , tv , in your car .
