Is it normal to feel like time blends together?

Is it normal to feel like this remembering things?
Generally speaking, I remember things happened but I'm either not sure how long ago or in what order it happened.

People ask me how long ago something recent happened and I'm not really sure whether it's been weeks or months.

I used to be able to piece it together by taking a big event (starting schools, traveling, moving out, etc) and thinking hard of whether it happened before or after that event
then I can figure out what year it was.

When I think about the past it feels like a big grey blob all meshed together.

does everyone feel like this?

    I experience this as well.
I always think that whatever happended about a few hours ago happened a few years ago. At least that's what it feels like for me.
A full day is like torture for me.

Sounds like your brains a jumbled mess just like mine. But I beleive were all like this with memories some can just piece it together easier than others. My memoriesof my childhood are a big blob I have them but I couldnt tell you what was before or after another. Just like ill forget a certain memory for years then one day it will come to me and the next thing you know its gone again lol as for anything recent the older I get the more time just seems to blend altogether and the faster it goes too I barely know what day it is least of all what I did last Wednesday

    I experience this.
For me, I think its because I see little importance in my past other then lesions learned (which I don't always remember either) I'm more interested in the present and future.
    Maybe the case with u?
