Sounds like you had cannabis and synthetic cannabis combined (and a large dose of synthetic).. That would be my closest guess. If anything else was in it you would have been able to taste it straight away ie. DMT or Hashish
I've seen this happen to people and its not nice... Best advice: don't do drugs.
If you do decide to, though, make sure you got it and know exactly what It is or from someone you highly trust. There's no guarantees and you can seriously mess your mind up with drugs if not taken with extreme care and diligence.
