First of all, the people who are saying the weed was "laced" are talking out of their asses. Weed is a cheap drug to produce since it's just a plant, so any drug that could be mixed with the weed to "make it more potent" would cost way more than the weed. No drug dealer is going to sprinkle $60 worth of cocaine on their $20 bag of weed just so people get higher from it. The only other drug that could possibly have been mixed with the weed is PCP, but it's unlikely that neither your friends nor their dealer would know if the weed had PCP on it since it has a distinct chemical smell like burnt plastic or rubber.
It COULD have been a synthetic cannabinoid blend like Spice or K2 that was sold as weed. The chemicals involved in those are relatively untested so it's not unusual for people to have a bad experience when using them; there have been stories about particularly crazy effects from similar drugs all over the news.
If it wasn't a synthetic cannabinoid, then my guess would be that you smoked some moldy weed. There are many kinds of mold which are highly toxic, and for obvious reasons there isn't a lot of data on the effects of burning and inhaling toxic mold, but I guarantee they wouldn't be good. I know that a bone-marrow transplant patient died after smoking moldy weed (<a href="http://journal.publications.chestnet.org/article.aspx?articleid=1061186" rel="nofollow">http://journal.publications.chestnet.org/articl...</a>) but that was probably because he had a compromised immune system from the transplant procedure. I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure, but I doubt a single instance of smoking moldy weed would kill you unless you have a weakened immune system. You may still want to see a doctor, though.
If nothing is physically wrong with you then you should start to feel normal again after a while. You had a emotionally traumatic experience that your mind can't make perfect sense of, so give yourself some time to cope with it. I wouldn't worry about feeling strange for a while after such a crazy experience; just do your best to move past it.
Uhm. The OP said he smoked someone else's weed. People sometimes like to lace their own weed, the OP wouldn't know if it was. You're right that drug dealers wouldn't bother with lacing it. Lacing is something that users do.
Is it normal to feel like this during and after a high?

This was exactly my thought. After reading all that pompous shit all I could think was how can you be stupid enough to miss that point.
