So basically, my best friend is most popular (in my group of friends) and a few (4 or 5) people are obbssed with her.
She's really different to me when were alone than when were at school. Alone, shes super funny so nice and everything you would want in a friend but with others shes harsh and snide, she either makes fun out of me (to show off I think) or she ignores me. It makes me feel so crap and shit.
Okay,,,,,,,, people think im obsessed with her so they don't like me. But is it normal to have a friendship like this.

    No thats what you call a shitty friend or a user friend. A true friend wouldnt put you down to raise herself up. You will only ever get hurt in the end of a relationship like that.

    It sounds like shes ashamed to be your friend but she does like you. Tell her if she is going to treat you like trash in public you don't need them as a friend. I use to have a friends like this.

    Leave this friendship and go find others that will make better friends. The friendship you seeing now seems quite toxic. You need to stop trying to make accuses for her.
