That said, I do understand where you are coming from with the second part of your post but that does also open up another question. What is sensible behavior? Who or what entity defines what is considered sensible and what is not? The overly religious believe that sex outside of marriage is not sensible yet many have no issues with it. A number of people believe that same sex marriage is not sensible even though it harms no one. What is sensible to one is not to others and leave so much up to interpretation. Much of it based upon religious beliefs let me mind you.

In this way, abstract concepts would still be allowable, as long as they conform to the known principles of Physics.

I am 'sensible'.
I have proposed many viable and sensible guidelines and recommendations.
But, instead of listening to these, many people stubbornly cling on to selfish, greedy and antiquated beliefs, which are often and usually 'nonsense'.
