If it weren't for the dizziness I'd say it might be normal. Assuming you play a lot of videogames or your eyes are otherwise exposed to unnatural light a lot.
When you're not living unhealthy and can't see the cause for those symptoms in anything you experience or do I'd definitely recommend you to see the doctor. Maybe avoid driving yourself if the dizziness is really bad.
no its not like that , i dont play video games i eat healthy i sleep regulary 11PM i woke up at 8, but i feel separated from my body i feel detached , this is what they call derealization i belive
