I think your body is just under a lot of stress that its not use to so you are getting sick. Too much too quick isnt a good thing. Also it might be that you are drinking too much water. It says you should drink water to stay hydrated but dont drink too much BEFORE work out unless you are positive you are going to burn it all off. Since if not your just making yourself very sick.
Is it normal to feel like i might throw up after working out?
