  • I feel like that if I eat within an hour before I go to the gym. I recommend having only a light snack in the 2 hours before you go to the gym. Your body does need the energy, but anything that's currently in the stomach will be seen as lesser importance to your body. It's like this. If you're exercising, for all your body knows, you're in danger and need to GTFO! So the exercise takes importance over you digesting what's in your stomach. The reaction results in the urge to puke it up. My boyfriends going to be a personal trainer. He explained that one to me.
