  • its called being out of shape yet really pushing yourself....good job...most people dont work thst hard....your bodys ability to utilize oxygen is still in the dumps...this causes widespread oxygen debt and lactic acid build- up...in the muscles it feels not too bad but in the lungs and other areas it makes you feel nauseous....its your body trying to stop you from moving around until the oxygen debt is back to normal...just keep pushing and you will get in shape...which is greater utilization of oxygen
