Is it normal to feel like i might throw up after working out?

  • idk if it's supposed to be normal As an active marine with a hobby of bodybuilding on the side, even with the stress while in Iraq, I never had the nausea from workouts unless I wasn't properly hydrated As a civilian, I've been in and out of shape multiple times and so, when I'm in my workout push harder modes, I'm completely dedicated No junk food, sodas, energy drinks...I go ultimately, all natural NEVER any adverse or even slight discomfort after workouts after the initial muscle soreness at the beginning of my health streak
