  • This means that you either aren't eating right, or you aren't exercising enough (or both).

    It's normal to get sick if you really push yourself when you're out of shape, but after a few weeks it will get easier. Also, don't eat really heavy, greasy, salty, or acidic meals on workout days. A salad or light sandwich is perfect for me.
