    People with Schizophrenia are constantly like this. So unless your whole life feels like a dream, you're normal.

      sometimes my life does feel like a dream but i try to push the feeling away

        It happens to a lot of people once in awhile. It happens to me but that doesn't mean I am schizophrenic. There are many more symptoms to the disorder than your life not feeling real.
