  • Can relate to this experience, HOWEVER! you need to stop running away and distracting yourself from these thoughts, but really embrace them ask yourself exactly how you feel about these things analyse every aspect of your thoughts surrounding this issue and you'll no longer be afraid of having these thoughts. Also learn to meditate

    • It's hard you know... I try to get along with them, but when I think about it too much I feel like I'm crazy and get all kinds of intrusive thoughts. They are mainly self destructive and never any good comes out of it. At least nothing did yet.

      • Yeah man I feel you, whenever I have thoughts I don't like I try to accept them and really delve deeper into them but I know from experience that yes it's hard. It does however get easier when you get used to it and it's extremely liberating.
