We are self aware meat. Everything you see is an optical illusion limited by your limited senses, but your brain still allows you to learn things. The more you pick at the preconceived notions of your reality, the more it unravels and the less relatable things become as you once knew them. The more you realize nothing is personal, the more you realize anything is possible and everything that's happening now, then and to the end of the world is just a series of choices. If you exist at all, it's inside your brain and everything little thing you do or don't do matters - which is fine. Most people see and don't understand. If you want things to stop feeling fake, you have to reteach yourself what is actually real.

That's is pretty accurate. On the fact that I exist only in my head as well. I feel trapped in there, inside, somewhere. Limited by my senses, and it's driving me crazy sometimes. As Nikki says, at first it felt kind of liberating to think that I can basically do anything I want. But not it's not so great...

But how do I do that ? Beside distracting myself I haven't come across many options so far.
IIN to feel like everything is fake ?

I've been going through that awakening over the last 6 months or so. It's surreal, but liberating in a sense.
