  • Seems familiar... I used to hate going back home for a while. Do bear in mind that maybe a portion of the feeling resides only inside your head. Try addressing key individuals and talk about your discomfort, but keep the conversation civil. This should alleviate the feeling.
    Also, sometimes solitude does heal... hit the gym more often. Go for walks. Join a karate class, dancing class, clay sculpting class. Read more. Eventually the feeling will turn into an insight on yourself.
