While a lot of what you're saying sounds normal...normal fears, self-doubt, insecurities...every teenager and young adult goes through that.
But...you were offered a chance to hang out, and you rejected that offer because your fears were so overwhelming.
In my opinion...you need to talk to a professional. It's hard to do, I know...but they have the tools to guide you towards a healthy, normal sense of wellbeing.
