a good thing to do is throw yourself into something physical that you like,eg sports, walking and before you know it you'll probably enjoy what your doing and have more motivation to do other things.
I sometimes feel like you do but when i do something like go on a bike ride i feel so much better.
Also try to finish drinking or cut down, I know alot easier said than done but think positive and remember, You reep what you sow
