Don't listen to people who say you're insecure! Your boyfriend is an asshole for being so disrespectful of you and your relationship with him. Its utterly rude and unnessecary to behave that way towards other women when he has a girlfriend.
I would feel like shit too if my boyfriend acted like a 16 year old boy who couldn't keep his eyes off of other women. I'm sorry but he's an asshole, and you should leave him.
