Is it normal to feel isolated from the whole world?

Idk but lately I have felt lonely and trapped in a bubble only watching people. Not actually feeling as if I'm there. I just have a presence but I can't interfere or communicate in anyway. Is this normal?

I've felt like that for quite a long time. I still do, but a lot less than I used to. If you want to talk, here's my kik: ginns2 When I felt trapped inside my own bubble talking to other people was too scary. I was feeling weird, therefore didn't want to sound weird nor want people to think I was weird as well. So, I think maybe talking to a stranger could help you... =) I'm here for you if you want to talk, really :) I'm weird as well haha :)Best of luck! xoxo

Sounds like derealization or depersonalization. Normally that is a defense mechanism, if I was you I would ask what is your mind defending itself against?

Recently I've had a shit time with my best friend, we are constantly falling out and she is constantly being two faced, could that start this?
