That's why raw smells like it does, and that's why we cook it. Think of it as a simple guide line from nature, raw meat, even dirty vegetables can kill you. I don't like the smell of raw meat, but sure do love the of cooked meat, especially Rib Eye steaks :)
Yes that's precisely my question. That's the smell that gives me hunger, raw meat, I even find it appetizing.
Of course I do cook it first anyway since I'm absolutely conscious that 1- Is easier to digest that way. 2- You get more nutrients when is cooked. 3- I don't know what made contact with it before.
IIN to feel hungry after smelling the odor of a dead animal's body?

I may not have explained myself clearly, I'm speaking about the smell of the raw meat and also the smell of any dead animal you'd find anywhere.
