They don't chant in my head but I know what you mean. I think anyone who genuinely fucks up (rather than just believing everything they do is crap) feels embarrassed to some degree or another. I've posted stupid things on the net, including on here.
That's partly because I don't trust it, partly because I don't trust myself, and partly because we all sometimes blow it. Take care.
