Is it normal to feel high if u don't do any drugs

my day could be going completely normal then all of a sudden I will have like this mood change, and it feels like i took a vicodin or something

    Your mood is controlled by endorphins and dopamine. These are natural chemicals in your brain that control feelings. Certian things can encrease the amount of endorphins to your brain.

    Yeah this happens to me. I'll just be sitting around, then all of a sudden I start feeling very good. I must be getting high off of air! Nah, but it's normal, unless you constantly feel this way.
