Is it normal to feel half racist?

Any culture raised to find the loopholes, the easy way out, the free ride and is taught to lie, cheat and steal their way thru life are below contempt and to feel bad for not lifting them up to your level is a waist of time. Anyone who is petty greedy is garbage. If you complain about having to work and collect welfare for three people in jail and take a handful of candy because you can than an honest hard working tax paying person should feel no guilt in judging them mind, body and soul for being like that-regardless of race. And if it happens to be happening more in one group than the other than that's something their community needs to sort out or they can expect exactly what you're doing to them. It's no different than saying all teenagers can't be trusted alone together-maybe some can-but even those that can understand why their being painted with that same brush. No one has the time, patience or even consent to sit each individual down for a personality test so we judge people by past experiences, appearance and expression. You are completely in your right to do this!
