Could be that your body is trying to tell you something.
As for needing caffeine in order to stay awake, not many people have a job that requires then to put in sixteen hours at work every day, so the odds are that you have time to get a decent amount of sleep if you give that a higher priority.
a have a 16hr school schedule this semester ( 5 classes and 1 lab) and i work 35-40 hours a week.. im rlly struggling with waking up and staying up to get stuff done
