  • I like this answer.

It's not as normal as people say it is. There is something there that is keeping you from being happy with yourself. Think about the people you have in life, the shelter you live in, the job you have and the help you give.

Think about yourself and try to figure out what it might be that is making you feel that way. Is there something about yourself you don't like or is there something from the past that hasn't negatively left your mind?

Or like Auramaster said it could be depression. Which has someone in your life gone away that you loved dearly?

    • I'm depressed in life. I know most do the reasons but I feel. Like I'm I'm missing something big because everyday once In a while I'm able to mask my hate and sadness.... But usually I'm really depressed.

      • If you let your sadness and anger happen then you'll release the pain you have inside. That is the problem that quite a few people don't realize is by blocking pain you only make matters worse. You've got to embrace it to feel happiness.

"There is light at the end of darkness; if you let it happen."

See the positives in life. Your pasts were way back then, NOT NOW. Now you are you and can use your past mistakes as guidance to be you today. :) Your future is to come, you can't see it, just be ready.

Life is about taking risks to meet your goals. Yes, more mistakes may happen but hey you tried and now see that maybe you shouldn't of taken those steps but hey your still happy.

    • You guys are nuts. There's nothing wrong with her. This is just about establishing a new life. It's about grieving for the end of a part of her life. You can't be happy all the time. If that was the case how can you ever truly apprecviate happiness?

      • By what she had said on this topic she made it sound like she is this way everyday.

It's not normal to feel this way everyday. And of course it's not normal to be happy all the time, then you wouldn't be human. How would you have empathy?

Life is about kindness and love. And which it seems like they do have with the friends and family this person has; so maybe I am wrong. :)
