If you love your GF enough, you will resist the temptation and try to go see your sister when the girl is NOT working. Otherwise, if you have to see this girl, then reinforce in your head why you love your GF and why she is important enough not to lose over lust for another. Whether you fess up to your GF about your wandering mind is up to you.
However, if you feel that you cannot pass up this opportunity, calmly discuss with your GF how much you do love her but feel so strongly for someone else, break up and try with this new girl.
Please just don't cheat. That will screw you out of both girls..and others respect.
