I just wanna if its normal to feel doubt about loving someone in your family? I love my sisters, mom and dad to death but i feel that i don't show it enough...it's one thing to say that you love them but its another to show it...i tell myself that i love them with all my heart but something deep down tells me "do you really?"...this makes me worry a bit...what if i don't love them? Currently going through some depression and anxiety..
