maybe you should be thankful you have a father. maybe your mom should go out and find a job and make her own money and shop for herself. shopping isnt important by the way. how old are you? sounds like you are a frustrated kid. so what if he doesnt let you go out with your friends. you probably deserved it. from what you wrote here you have nothing to bitch about except maybe the bloodpressure. and she probably didnt even get it from him. a lot of different factors come into play when it comes to high blood pressure like excercise...diet...genes yadda yadda. just breathe child.
I agree.
My mom sounds a lot like your dad, she drives me absolutely insane. I hate her so much sometimes, and like you said she just disgusts me after all these years of psychological abuse. I loved my dad to death, he was the best friend and parent I could have ever had. My dad died 3 years ago and I have to deal with my crazy bitchy mom on my own. I think you should take one day at a time no matter how much he upsets you, and just tell yourself that dealing with it is to make you stronger as a person in the end. You won't have to live with him forever, and even though it may take awhile to get out of that situation, have faith that you can make it through.
Is it normal to feel disgusted by my father
