Is it normal to feel depressed

Sometimes usually after a weekend I'll just feel really sad and sort of guilty, when I hangout with my friends I usually do things I'm not suppost to but I've just been recently depressed so I don't think it's that. I also went to the doctor but they said to try vitamin D but it didnt work any advice?

    Maybe u should keep up the vitamin d for a while and try getting some sun? Which is also vitamin d i think. Exercising works for me

    So sorry to hear you are feeling so down. I would suggest seeing your doctor again and saying the vitamin D didnt help and that you want more advice. Hope you feel better soon my friend

    it is normal to go up and down but that is not depression. If you are depressed you go for weeks or months at a time feeling like there is no hope. if this is the case you should see a doctor. if not you could have a poor diet or a chemical imbalance like adult adhd, or you could have been spoilt as a child which leaves you feeling like nothing is good enough for you. be happy you have your health and smile.
