Gays have been around forever, unfortunately they have had to hide themselves for fear of persecution...even now it's still not as welcoming as I hope one day it can be....so being gay will never be the 'norm'. Never has been, never will. There will always be heterosexuals to carry on the human race, we are already over populated, so don't worry about that. With that being said, my opinion is no, no it is not normal. I don't understand the debate. Two people love eachother, they sgould have the right to make that commitment. But it does piss me off they get tax deductions, they as in married people in general. Like wtf, not fair haha. Seriously though, life is too short, it's hard enough controlling your own life, so why bother trying to control someone elses? There are so many heterosexuals that can't even make those vows and stick to them, so if the gay people love eachother enough to want to make those vows and take them seriously, why should anyone get in the way of that? Peace, love, equality, man!
Is it normal to feel conflicted about gay marriage?
