Is it normal to feel bad when you have acne on your cheeks & forehead.

I have small red pimples all over my face but mostly more on my cheeks. I hate it now is on my neck but really small pimples but I feel them and on my back I have a lot but not big but I still feel them people see them and I hate it.im in college and people see it and some dude ask me out but I just think he wants to make fun of me because my face looks ugly I feel ugly but Mostly people say I'm pretty which I feel the opposite

    I had them pretty bad as a teen. They all cleared up after I turned 20. I'm now 25. If your concerned, then may I suggest you see your doctor or dermatologist. Its common for teens to experience acne. It sucks :(

    Did you know this could be caused by food sensitivities?

    For instance, my sister had acne all her life and didn't believe me that since I have Celiac disease, she should get tested. Finally she got tested and she has a problem with gluten also! She got off gluten and her skin cleared up completely.

    It wouldn't have to be just gluten. There are other food issues that could break out your skin. Besides gluten, nuts cause problems for me, and you can be sensitive to anything. Also I can't use soaps or shampoos with wheat or nuts.

    If your skin is oily, white vinegar may help. Tea tree oil can help. Eating less sugar and processed food can help. More veggies and fruit.

    Acne is something you can easily get rid of most of the times. You shouldn't feel too bad about it

    I would suggest consulting your doctor if you can't fix it with face treatments and a diet change possibly .

    Of course. But there are much worse things out there. Birth control like Yaz can really help female acne.
