Is it normal to feel attraction for an especific ethnicity?

How can i start?
For the longest time i have been in love with brazil, i dream to meet that place someday.
A time ago i met this great person from there and spent the best time in my life, we can not stay together. Now i am obsessed with have a relationship with someone from same place.
