Well I talked to him last night up until this week I thought we were happy but I've been informed that he's not sure he wants to be part of this family anymore. He's been talking to other women so hes already given up and doesn't seem like he wants to try 13 years of marriage means nothing. I feel like my heart's been ripped out
That's so sad. If you still love him I'd do my best to make sure he knows damn well how much and make him remember why you got married in the first place
is it normal to feel alone in your marriage?

She isn't the one who should be making the effort to keep the relationship.

Both should be. Not just him/her
I'm sorry. When you wrap yourself up in kitchen plastic wrap and meet him at the door, only to be rejected, prospects are not good.
