    If it irritates you maybe you have some kind of misophonia?
    Anyway, I have ASMR, and what triggers the good feeling when I'm relaxed, also trigers bad feeling when I'm stressed. Sometimes it depends on the situation.

      Didn't know what that was so googled quickly - I dunno. It's irritation at the feeling, not the sound that causes the feeling. Meh. Thanks anyway.
