Is it normal to feel a slight happiness when killing things?

NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG I'M NOT A PSYCHOPATH But im a farmer's son and ive been raised to think killing is normal and enjoyable not in a murderous way but i feel happy once i pull the trigger and see the bird fall from the sky or even snapping crows and magpies necks that are caught in one of the traps we set i don't know if its normal please share your opinion.

The situation you described doesn’t really sound like joy in killing things, but rather joy in success. When I play a video game and I “kill” an npc, I don’t feel joy that the npc died, I feel happy that I’m competent and that I won. It’s totally normal.

Crows are about as intelligent as a human being, but intelligence shouldn't be a way to measure value of life, all life just wants to live. To feel happy about robbing some poor living being from its life can only be psychopathic/sociopathic and evil in my point of view. I urge you to learn a little empathy and think of what it's like to be the little lives that you destroy.

Seems normal in the sense that you're completing some sort of goal, but you should watch yourself nonetheless. All life is important. Even the life of a fucking writhing maggot.

Yeah, it's normal. Especially if you were raised that way.
