I just feel really "light" when I get super angry. I get a positive emotional rise out of confrontation, so I tend to pick fights alot. All the people on one side of my family are like that, will punch you in the face and then wonder why you are still upset about it five seconds later.
You know how to tell if someone feels "good" when angry? They calm down and go back to happy in a matter of seconds, confusing for the other person as most normal people need time to calm down.
A switcher feels little "real" anger when they are raging, that's why they start fights over nothing. You sound more like you feel overwhelming frustration rather than anger. Because frustration usually tires the body, anger tends to keep it pumping.
Is it normal to feel a dizzying high when I'm enraged.

Beware the "switchers".

Thanks, I don't think I'm a switcher right now cause I felt hung over afterwards.
